Most clients book 9–18 months in advance for weddings and 6–12 months for retreats or celebrations. This allows us to secure the best venues and vendors, and gives us time to craft an experience that feels seamless and intentional.
How far in advance should we book?
Not at all. We happily plan single-day weddings and milestones, but what excites us most — and what sets The Sutton Collective apart — are multi-day experiences. They give guests the chance to slow down, connect, and create memories together that last far beyond the celebration itself
Do you only plan multi-day events?
We start with a conversation to understand your vision and priorities. From there, we guide you through design, logistics, and guest experience. I focus on blending structure with creativity at every step. Most clients say the process feels equal parts professional and fun, like planning with a trusted partner who has every detail covered.
