For The Signature Sutton experience, we recommend reaching out as early as possible — particularly if you still need a venue or are considering a popular date or destination. Many couples begin 12–18 months ahead, but we’re happy to work on shorter timelines when availability allows.
How far in advance should we book?
Absolutely. We’re based in South Florida, but we travel wherever our couples take us. My background planning corporate events and time spent living overseas have given me experience working across destinations and building vendor relationships beyond our home market. For destination weddings, I can be involved on the ground as much as the celebration requires, including but not limited to, venue visits and vendor meetings, guest logistics, weekend events, setup, and wedding-day management.
do you travel for weddings?
Not at all. We plan single-day weddings as well as full wedding weekends and destination celebrations. For couples who want to extend the experience beyond the wedding itself, we can also plan surrounding events and guest details such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, transportation, accommodations, gifting, and activities.
